How is the RadiantPeace Yoga Nidra Course structured?



The Yoga Nidra course is an online program.

Every week you will receive the information of that week divided into short videos. You will receive a study video every day and every week you receive really nice meditations, breathing techniques,mantras and more to practice.


This gives you the opportunity to pay attention to the course every day.

Research shows that when you do about 20 min -1 hour a day, you remember the content better.


We have created a user-friendly online learning platform that combines community and weekly micro learning. The online course will help you learn in the best possible way.


We have structured this course in such a way that this training can be easily combined with your work and family life.


All information is presented in weekly practice videos and daily theory videos.

This course is a combination of 6* interactive sessions via zoom with self-study.


It is a 12 week program, during this program you do a Yoga Nidra course including the teacher module.

Note: you can decide to only do the 4 week Yoga Nidra program as well.


If you want to take longer, that's no problem.

In principle, you can complete the training in a period of of 12 weeks.





If you are not able during an interactive session, you can watch the recorded lesson the day after.

During the practice part I will take you on a journey inside.

This way you can experience the benefits and the healing power of Yoga Nidra in your own life.


This is the best way to guide others in Yoga Nidra. Because then you have really experienced how it works and what it can do for you.


Theory is important to understand the context, but to really experience the practice of Yoga Nidra is the most important. It will help you guide others and utilize all the benefits of this powerful ancient yoga practice.

Insight into philosophy, anatomy, background, teaching yoga Nidra. Every day you will receive a new study video. The study part consists of 6 clear modules. Every week you start with a new module.

CONTENT OF THE YOGA NIDRA TRAINING

Clear Modules

The study part is divided into different modules.

Module 1: The Overview - Yogas Nidra & Benefits

During this first study module we will discuss i.e.:

  • A comprohensive introduction to Yoga Nidra
  • Background & History Yoga Nidra
  • Dive deep in the Benefits Of Yoga Nidra 
  • How Yoga Nidra can help with Disease

Module 2 - Understanding The Ancient Wisdom of Yoga Nidra

In week two we will discuss among other things the following subjects:

  • More on the history and background of the ancient science of Yoga itself
  • We will dive into the 5 Kosha model which is at the core of any Yoga Nidra practice
  • You get an understanfding of the Eight limbs of Patanjali and how it is connecxting with the practice of Yoga Nidra 
  • We will look into to the 6 Stages of Meditation
  • The power of Chidakash and Hridayakash
  • We will talk about Samskaras and the 5 kleshas and how they impact your life.

Everything is Energy - Yoga Nidra & Energetic Anatomy

During week 3 we will go deeper into the working of our energy systems. We will among other things discuss:

  • The working of our Autonomic Nervous System
  • The Power Of Breath
  • Prana and Yoga Nidra
  • The Nadis System & The Meridians System
  • Chakras and Yoga Nidra

Module 4 Insights on Yoga Nidra & Anatomy - Effect on Brain and Beyond

This week it is all about the working of the human brain and the efect of Yoga Nidra and meditation on the brain.Topics are i.e:

  • Importance of Heart & Brain Coherence
  • Convergent and Divergent Focus
  • States Of Consciousness
  • Crash course on the working of the brain
  • Yoga Nidra and Your Brain

Module 5: The Radiant Peace Method (RP method)

This sub-module is part of the additional Teacher Module of 20 hours


This week I will take you though the structure of the RadiantPeace Method.

You will learn about the background, the 12 elements and 6 stages of this modern Yoga Nidra Method


Module 6: How to teach Yoga Nidra

This sub-module is part of the additional Teacher Module of 20 hours


This last module is all about teaching Yoga Nidra.

Our course will give you a solid foundation of the theory and method of Yoga Nidra. You will learn about the history, philosophy, anatomy and everything about the RadiantPeace method.

Official Diploma

After completing the course you will receive an official diploma for 70 hours of Yoga Nidra Training. This certificate indicates that you have completed a Yoga Nidra course and that you have completed teacher level 1 (70 hours of study in total). With this you can give to groups or one on one Yoga Nidra sessions.

This certificate is recognized by Yoga Alliance as 70 hours of continuing education.

Who are you, what are you doing?

I teach Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation and now Yoga Nidra! I’m really interested in all the mental health benefits these practices have. My personal practice is my pillar, my main resource. I hope to spread this joy, peace and stability through my classes. I mainly teach groups at the moment. I’d like to teach more private sessions in the future, with the intention of helping people build practices that they can use to support their wellbeing in their daily lives. 

 

Why did you do the Yoga Nidra course?

I chose to do this Yoga Nidra course because I’ve been interested in training in Yoga Nidra for a while and I’ve been waiting for this training to be scheduled, (since finishing the Yin Yoga TT with Ilse and Jane), hoping the time would be right for me when it did.


What did you like about the course? Can you give an example?

This course has given me so many new tools to use in my other yoga classes, and allowed me to unleash my creativity in all my meditations. I feel like it was what was missing for me as a teacher.
